How does Hypnosis work?

Can you control me? Will I remember anything?

The client is always in control of the session and it's outcome. I am a guide. I assist people in determining their requirements and have no "magic" hold over them. Hypnosis is really nothing to be afraid of. Most people recall everything that occurs during a session. Some people, mainly sleep walkers and sleep talkers, have the capacity to function unconsciously without any memory of the event (eg. making a sandwhich in their sleep and wondering why the bread is on the kitchen counter when the go to make their breakfast in the morning).

In hypnosis you cannot be made to do something that you truly do not wish to do, that is why someone who wants to stop smoking fairs a much better chance at success than someone is is trying to give up beacuse their spouse is pressuring them.
