I began a course of Mind/Body Therapy. Hypnosis, Self-Hypnosis and Meditation began a significant turning point in my years of suffering. The journey changed my life.
The knowledge that I acquired along the way, piece by piece, practitioner by practitioner, course by course, book by book, article by article, have become foundations for the Pain Control Therapy offered by Helping Hand Hypnosis.
I am currently continuing my education in the Clinical applications of Hypnotherapy and I study and practice Meditation daily.
As a certified Hypnotherapist, my training went far beyond issues of Pain and Healing, I am well versed in a great number of issues including Weight Reduction, Habit Control and Smoking Cessation. Other areas of my unique practise focus on Learning, Memory and Performance issues for Actors, Musicians, Public Speakers, Students etc. Many of which will soon be available on CD when my series of Self-Help Hypnosis CD's are released.
